“The Kennedy Detail” – Inaccuracy perpetuated

November 23, 2010

I purchased this book and read it recently hoping to get the inside on the protective agents. What a disappointment. This book in which the Secret Service agents assigned to the “Kennedy detail” speak for the first time simply covers-up and perpetuates inaccuracies of the past. Here are examples using excerpts from the book,

“By the time the motorcade reached the stretch of roadway where the assassination occurred, however, agents could no longer ride on the fenders, Blaine says.”We were going into a freeway, and that’s where you take the speeds up to 60 and 70 miles an hour. So we would not have had any agents there anyway,” he said.”

Facts- The motorcade was traveling 10-11 mph in Dealey Plaza. There should have been agents on the car. In fact the car had come to almost a complete stop by the time of the fatal head shot (likely the fourth or fifth shot).
“There’s no question in my mind he (Oswald) was the assassin,” Hill says. “I was there. I know what happened.”

Fact – Clint Hill and the motorcycle patrolman to the left rear of Kennedy were both splattered with blood and brain tissue from the head shot that came from the front of Kennedy. Scientific evidence done by a noted physicist, G. Paul Chambers in his book, “Head Shot” published in 2010, proves conclusively the kill shot to the head came from the Grassy Knoll to the right front of Kennedy. Respectfully Mr. Hill you were there, but as a participant you don’t know the whole truth of what occurred, so why state so emphatically you do.
The book does admit the Secret Service did not take the threats against Kennedy seriously, and that tall buildings along the motorcade route were not monitored or screened.
These agents also confirm that there were not any Secret Service agents on the ground in Dealey Plaza that day. The question then arises, Who were the men who produced Secret Service ID when stopped and questioned on the Grassy Knoll after the assassination by police and witnesses? The police allowed them to leave when they produced this false ID.
My impression of the book is this, it is an interesting collection of memories of working in Kennedy’s protective detail during his presidency. The agents still have not come clean about the drinking parties the night before the assassination, and the failure to follow proper procedure during the motorcade. Documents show Kennedy did not order the agents to stay off his car and drop back from their proper locations.
The Secret Service has a systemic problem – they refuse to believe a president has ever or could ever be killed by a conspiracy. They hang on to the lone nut scenario. Until this attitude is cleansed from the organization, this is likely to happen again.

Hell – Does it exist? Sure hope so.

October 29, 2010

Depiction of what Hell might look like.

For the sake of all the crime victims and their families I sure hope so. To all the serial killers, killers, child molestors, rapists, perverts, etc of the world here’s hoping there is such a place.

Heaven I’m not all the sure of, but there has to be a hell to administer justice. Certainly in a lot of cases justice is elusive here on earth.  So to all those perps I mentioned earlier – may you go straight to Hell!

The Truth is Out There – The JFK Assassination

August 26, 2010

It has been almost 47 years since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in downtown Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Thanks to the release of new documents and the scientific analysis of evidence with new technologies the truth is gradually being uncovered.

Who cares, you say? I believe that to preserve democratic societies the truth must always be uncovered.

First the official version of what happened as outlined by the Warren Commission Report hinges on the following key points,

1. Lee Harvey Oswald was the only gunman. He and he alone killed the president.

2. Only three shots were fired in Dealey Plaza that day. The first shot missed and slightly wounded James Tague who was watching the motorcade. The second shot hit Kennedy in the back, exited from the throat area, entered Governor John Connally seated in front and to the side of Kennedy, this broke several bones in Connally, and changed direction several times. Finally this bullet was found on a stretcher in Parkland Hospital in pristine, undamaged condition. This is the so-called “Magic Bullet” theory.

3. The third shot struck Kennedy in the back of his head causing his death.

4. All shots originated from the sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository behind the presidential limousine.

5. There were no others involved in the assassination.

While there have been outrageous theories and ridiculous speculation put forward about the assassination, new evidence and new technological analysis of existing evidence has debunked most of the findings of the Warren Commission. Without firm evidence to identify a motive or actual shooter(s) here are some proven facts that contradict the record,

1. At least one shot and possibly more originated from the Grassy Knoll to the right front of the president. The fatal head shot struck Kennedy in the right front of his head. Analysis of the Zapruder Film proves more than four shots were fired at the president that day. That evidence alone proves more than one shooter.

2. Oswald’s prints were not found on the 6.5 mm Mannlicher-Carcano rifle, that is alleged to have been used to kill Kennedy.

3. A paraffin test done on Oswald at the time proved he did not fire a rifle on November 22, 1963. This is an accepted test in the law enforcement and legal community. It detects GSR (gunshot residue).

4. The medical evidence proves the exit wound in Kennedy’s head was in the rear. Parkland Emergency doctors observed this, as did autopsy doctors, but they were ordered not to report this. Blood splatter, brain matter, and a large skull fragment all found to the rear of the limousine  prove this. Again this was not included in the Warren Commission. In my belief this absolutely proves the fatal head shot came from the Grassy Knoll to the right front of Kennedy.

5. About half of the witnesses to the assassination reported shots from the front of the limousine (the Grassy Knoll). These witnesses were either not interviewed by the Warren Commission, or their testimony was ignored and discounted.

Tape recordings of President Lyndon B. Johnson’s directions to Chief Justice Earl Warren prove the Commission was ordered to find Kennedy was killed by one assassin, that assassin being Lee Harvey Oswald. The findings of the Commission were predetermined by the president, the FBI (J. Edgar Hoover), and the CIA. No other conclusion was acceptable.

I recommend the following books supporting these conclusions:

The Zapruder Film: Reframing JFK’s Assassination, David Wrone, University Press of Kansas, 2003

The Grassy Knoll Witnesses, Harry A. Yardum, 2008

JFK Assassination File: Retired Dallas Police Chief, Jesse E. Curry, Dallas, 1969

John Kennedy Wins Nomination – 50 years ago

July 13, 2010

JFK and Caroline in August 1963-White House photo

I can’t let this anniversary pass. On this day in 1960, Senator John F. Kennedy won the Democratic nomination for president at their convention in Los Angeles, California.

Of course, he went on to win the general election in November 1960 by the slimmest of margins to become president-elect. On January 20, 1961 he was sworn in as the 35th president of the United States. He was also the youngest elected president to take office and the first person of the Roman Catholic faith to become president.

Tragically, he became the youngest president (46 years of age) to die in office when he was assassinated on November 22, 1963 while riding in a motorcade through downtown Dallas, Texas.

Face of evil

Face of Evil/Orkut.com

Faisal Shahzad, a Pakistani born, naturalized U.S. citizen is the Times Square would-be bomber. Thank goodness he failed in the attempt. Experts on CNN last evening using the details of the explosives found in the Pathfinder SUV and the location the vehicle in Times Square, estimated that between 300 and 500 innocent persons would likely have been killed if the bomb material had detonated.

The FBI and NYPD did an excellent job of tracking him down and arresting him. The van was discovered and reported by pedestrians in Times Square. An excellent example of awareness by citizens at large.

Execution chamber

Apparently up to five individuals were involved in planning this terrorist act. Islamic extremists like this need to be captured and executed. If there is an Allah, surely he would find this unacceptable.

Faisal and others like him are evil, misguided, and cowardly. The execution chamber is waiting for them.

Criminal Pain vs Victim Pain

December 8, 2009

Society and especially the justice system are strange birds. The courts convict a murderer and then sentence him to death. Then when it comes time for the sentence to be carried out everyone gets up in arms that administering the sentence might cause him pain! Give me a break.

Right now in Ohio convicted killer Kenneth Biros is facing death by lethal injection. Instead of three drugs they plan to only use one to kill him. His defence is petitioning the courts to stay his execution because the needle might hurt him. Cry me a river Biros.

What did he do? He killed 22-year-old Tami Engstron in 1991. He offered to drive her home from the bar. Then he killed her and scattered her body parts in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Nice guy this Biros.

Hopefully the courts will come to their senses and give this scum his due. The only unfortunate part is that his death will be painless compared to his victim’s.

Breaking News Update:
Kenneth Biros was executed today by the State of Ohio. His request for clemency was denied 7-0 by the appeal board.

Another piece of human scum is no longer part of society. Thank you Ohio for having the balls to do this.

Note: I refuse to publish his picture. He doesn’t deserve any kind of recognition.
